Hit it and quit it…
But seriously…..RUN!
i'm new around here, but i've been browsing the site the last few days in hopes of finding the answer to the situation i've been going through, so hopefully you can help me.
i met this girl in highschool, but never really spoke with her until about a year after i graduated.
she's three years younger (however it's legal where i'm from, don't fret) and still a teenager.
Hit it and quit it…
But seriously…..RUN!
most people here have never met you.
we converse, discuss, argue, laugh, agree, question, share our lives..... quite often, you kind of get to know what a person is like.
some people, we tend to gravitate to and others, we shy away from.. how do you think you come across to other people?
Pretty much what you see is what you get. I get along with most everyone I come in contact with. I usually treat people with the same respect or lack there of that they treat me with. If you are shitty to me then I return the shit. If you are nice, I will be nice.
how time flies......... ..... and armageddon still hasn't come..
yay for me!.
please take a minute to visit my blog and leave your comments: benpogge.blogspot.com.
have a good one!.
Congratulations!
For me the first 12 months were the hardest. I will be 4 years sober this December. Quitting was the best thing I ever did.
has anyone seen the film called god loves uganda?
i just watched it on netflix, and i highly recommend it!
it's a recent documentary that premiered at the sundance film festival last year.. it shows how the american evangelical right wing christian groups has changed the face of uganda by sending missionaries there, setting up churches, and indoctrinating ugandans with their brand of christianity.
Just put it in my "list" que. Thanks.
i don't think i ever did but i would have been honored to do so..
I was 17 and there was a nephew of an elder that was a punk kid maybe 15 or 16. A friend and I hung out with him a few times. He was from a “worldly” relative family and was living with his uncle, the elder.
I told the kid to “fuck off!” I don’t remember why, but I do remember never liking him. He was a shit head.
He told on me and I ended up in the back room. They told me as a baptized witness, I had to be “exemplary”. Got my hands slapped. Wasn’t the first nor the last time in the back room. lol

Aww.... Wasted my 1900th post...
i had a recent conversation with an elder from my mother's congregation.
he with another elder was at my mom's house.
my mother has all the bound volumes for both the awake and watchtower plus most of the older books.
Good for you. Keep em on their toes.
I should ask my mom if she has her old bound volumes. She had them starting around 74' 75' from what I remember while growing up.
